Game Day Kale Chips
I am a huge fan of potato chips, I can sit in front of the TV watching sports and mindlessly eat an entire bag without even realizing what I’m doing. So as today’s games are about to start I wanted to give y’all a quick, easy, and healthier alternative to potato chips, KALE CHIPS!
Fresh Kale
Here’s what you do:
Toss kale with Kelapo Coconut Oil, salt and pepper
Place on wax paper or foil on a cookie sheet
Roast at 425 degrees until crispy (about 15-20 minutes)
This is a great delicious and nutritious snack, if you want to add some interesting flavors to your chips try mixing in: vinegar, sriracha, lemon juice, lime juice, or ginger before baking.
For some more snacks try:
Boneless Buffalo wings
Turkey meatball skewers
Or mini mac and cheese bites
I hope you enjoy these as much as I know I will, happy Sunday,
-Sebastian
