Margaux J Rathbun’s Tropical Coconut Oil Smoothie
Ingredients
I am such a big fan of making homemade smoothies every morning! Not only is this a tasty way to start the day, it is an easy way to include all of the beneficial nutrients needed for you to stay happy and healthy.
This Tropical Coconut Oil Smoothie recipe is a delicious way to include important vitamins and minerals into your diet. It includes fresh pineapple (a great source of immune-boosting vitamin C and digestive-friendly bromelain), green grapes (full of energizing vitamin B1), and a banana (rich in heart-healthy potassium). It also includes some delicious Kelapo Coconut Oil for a boost of “healthy fats” needed to keep your skin, hair, and nails looking their best. This fat is also important for helping our hormones and cells stay healthy and in working order. I’ve also added some organic and unsweetened coconut flakes to this recipe for an extra “coconutty” flavor. Give this smoothie a try today! Your whole family will love it.
