Dr. Oz is a well-known doctor because of his popular television show “The Dr. Oz Show”. His show focuses on on medical issues and personal health. I know that I am personally unable to watch the show due to my work schedule, but I always hear good things about it. The Paleo Diet

The second diet we are highlighting this month is the Paleo Diet.  I would not necessarily call this a diet though, it is more of a lifestyle change.  According to, “we call this diet the paleo diet because it includes the food that was available to us for most of our evolution during the paleolithic era, starting about 2.5 millions of years ago.
