National Celiac Awareness Day

Everywhere you look in the grocery store, you can now find the words “Gluten Free” on many, many products.  Gluten free awareness started because of people with Celiac disease. Celiac disease, also known as gluten intolerance, is a genetic disorder that affects at least 1 in 133  Americans.
