Caramel Apple Popcorn

In celebration of fall, I decided to whip up a tasty treat this weekend – Caramel Apple Popcorn. Oh my, I can’t begin to tell you how good this was! I’m a big fan of anything caramel and I also absolutely love flavored popcorn. This is the type of snack that once you start; it’s so hard to stop. White Chocolate Pumpkin Mousse

It’s getting to that time of year again…pumpkin everything! I’m beyond excited because I’ve become absolutely obsessed with anything pumpkin related. To recreate one of my all-time favorite desserts, I decided to turn the traditional chocolate mousse into a white chocolate pumpkin mousse. I can’t even being to describe how incredibly good this turned out. Not to mention, I found the perfect way to melt white chocolate…with coconut oil.
