Dinner for Two? Not a Problem!

Two things plague my kitchen – halving recipes and lost measuring cups. Seriously, it’s a problem! Because there’s only two of us, I’m constantly trying to cook for just us and not for the usual six to eight in a recipe (because that would be a LOT of leftovers!). Boneless Buffalo Wings

What kind of food have you been craving lately? Pete has been having some major cravings that include tacos and buffalo wings (he might be pregnant, you never know). DIY Microwave Popcorn

Have you ever seen the ingredients in those convenient, prepackaged bags of microwave popcorn? Diacetyl? Hyrdrogenated oils? No thank you! According to CBS News, diacetyl has been linked to “respiratory problems” and “Alzheimer’s.”  I don’t know about you, but I would prefer to keep that ingredient out of my diet as much as possible.  No more microwave popcorn when I go to the store.
