It’s fall season! Time to bring back the pumpkin spice! This pumpkin oatmeal cookie recipe is fun to make with the family in town. Using oats along with flour makes it a healthier alternative then your store-bought cookie mix. The Kelapo coconut oil also adds a more sweet flavor than your traditional vegetable or canola oil. Today is National Cookie Day!  With the holidays quickly approaching, I decided to put together my top 5 favorite cookies into one spot. Of course you can be sure all the cookie recipes listed below have the butter substituted with coconut oil.
