Salmon Burgers

Why not have salmon burgers tonight for dinner?  Prep time is minimal and you may even have all the ingredients you need for this healthy recipe in your pantry.  I did! Leftover Spicy Chicken Salad

I love nothing more than using leftovers in a new, exciting way! Especially when it transforms into a much healthier lunch the next day.
