As the fall weather begins to roll in, I look forward to all of the warm comfort classics. I have really been enjoying peaches lately, mostly because they have been at peak season. I really enjoy Alfredo sauce however it isn’t the best option out there for you. It is loaded with heavy cream and butter, yuck! Even though it may taste good, it is loaded with sodium and cholesterol, which isn’t good for a healthy diet.
