Ultimate Paleo Chili Recipe

There’s nothing like a hot bowl of chili on #nationalchiliday

Follow this simple slow cooker recipe adapted from the Laura Fuentes Blog for a no-hassle dinner, tonight!

 

Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds ground beef

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons Kelapo Ghee

1 ½ cups diced yellow onion

 

½ cup chopped celery

1 ½ cups diced carrots, peeled

2 medium zucchini, diced

15 ounce can tomato purée or tomato sauce

15 ounce can diced tomatoes

 

2 tablespoons chili powder

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

 

All you need to do is brown the beef, garlic, and onion over medium heat. Transfer to your slow cooker, add the veggies, spices, and remaining ingredients. Cover, set to cook, and VIOLA! Dinner is served.
