My favorite popcorn to snack on is kettle corn. It’s a perfect blend of sweet and salty. The Kelapo coconut oil gives the popcorn a nice nutty flavor. I found the popcorn to be a lot lighter and not as salty when I switched from the normal melted butter to Kelapo coconut oil. This is a much healthier alternative than the prepacked popcorn you throw in the microwave. It may take a few more minute longer than the microwavable brands; however, it is so worth the wait to see the smile on everyone’s face as they take a bite.

- Heat a quarter cup of Kelapo coconut oil in a large pot with a lid, set to medium-high.
- Add ½ cup of popcorn kernels to the pot.
- Once the coconut oil is sizzling, sprinkle the ¼ cup of granulated sugar over the kernels in the pot.
- Remove the popcorn from the heat once all kernels have been popped; it should take around 2 minutes.
- Pour your coconut kettle popcorn into a bowl and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sea salt to serve.
- Enjoy!
