Homemade Garlic Buffalo Wings

Wings are a great American tradition. They bring up fond memories of family bonding, football games and late night snacking. Add garlic to an already delicious appetizer & you’ve got a sure crowd pleaser!

Garlic Buffalo Sauce
Makes enough for about 2lbs of wings.
2/3 cup buffalo sauce (I like Frank’s Red Hot)
1/2 cup Kelapo Ghee
1-1/2 tbsp vinegar
1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp garlic powder (or 2 cloves, diced, if you LOVE garlic!)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

To prepare the Garlic Buffalo Sauce, combine ingredients in a small pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer while whisking. Remove from heat & place in a large mixing bowl. (If you also like to use the sauce to dip your wings, save a little on the side before tossing.)

Cook your wings any way you like! Bake in the oven, pan sauté, or air-fry those bad boys to a golden delicious color. Take your cooked chicken and toss them in the large bowl with the sauce until fully coated.

Serve with your choice of veggies & dips, and enjoy!
