National Celiac Awareness Day
Everywhere you look in the grocery store, you can now find the words “Gluten Free” on many, many products. Gluten free awareness started because of people with Celiac disease.
Other people though have started a gluten free diet as a lifestyle change. They say they feel better and are more energized when they don’t consume gluten. Rest assured, that if you don’t have a gluten intolerance, then gluten won’t negatively affect your health. If you are choosing to eat gluten free, remember that one of the benefits of coconut oil is that it is naturally free of gluten!
One of our favorite gluten free chef is Carol Kicinski, and you can visit her blog to find a healthy and tasty gluten free meal to try tonight for dinner.
