Gluten-Free Banana & Walnut Bread

Oxygen Magazine recently posted this recipe for Gluten-free banana and walnut bread. Celebrate Banana Split Day!

It’s Banana Split Day! I didn’t make that up, it is a real holiday. Since I know I can get the perfect mini snack size banana split at Sonic Drive In for just a buck, I don’t see the point of making them at home. Muffin Top Monday: Banana Blueberry Muffins

I’m not a big fan of going to the gym and running an hour on the treadmill.
