My go-to breakfast is a quick bowl of fruit and yogurt topped off with some delicious, crunchy granola. It’s such an easy and nutritious breakfast when you’re on the go. However, store-bought granola is loaded with sugar. I recently created my own granola with less sugar and more protein. What I love about crepes is their versatility. You really can make them for breakfast, lunch, or dessert! You can tweak this recipe to fit the ingredients in your kitchen. Plus the coconut oil adds a sweet flavor the compliments the vanilla nicely!
