I know what you are thinking… pizza crust made out of cauliflower?! As someone who is not particularly fond of vegetables it didn’t sound very appetizing to me either, but then I thought about it again.  If it was just as good as all of the recipes online were making it out to be I HAD to give it a try.  I love pizza and I would be getting all of the nutrients without actually tasting the cauliflower!
