Strawberry Protein Shake

Today is National Strawberry Day! Since strawberries are back in season, I have been incorporating them into my diet on days I can have fruit. I’m back to dieting and training for the 2013 Europa Fitness Expo in Orlando and will be competing in the bikini division of bodybuilding. My fruit intake has been limited, however healthy fats, such as coconut oil, are higher. The balance between the two has definitely helped my sugar cravings.
