One of the most common things that I suffer with during the cooler months is dry, chapped lips. I have a bad habit of licking my lips which makes them even worse because your saliva strips the natural oils from your lips. DIY: Coconut Oil Vapor Rub

With cold and flu season in full effect, I like to make sure I’m prepared! One of my favorite remedies for congestion is a soothing vapor rub. I decided to make a standard rub for bedtime and one that can be used in the shower. Both are wonderful for relieving congestion and clearing nasal passages.
