Gluten Free Labeling

    Recently the FDA set an official standard for gluten free labeling. Officially for anything to be labeled gluten free it must contain less than twenty parts per million of gluten. This is a big victory for anyone with gluten intolerance or celiac disease as having even the smallest amount of gluten could be extremely harmful. FDA on Coconut Oil: Generally Regarded As Safe
