Tomorrow is Taco Tuesday, my favorite day of the week! Taco Tuesday is a big deal in my house because it’s one of those meals that brings the whole family together. The kids really enjoy making their own tacos and adding whichever ingredients they like. I always bake my fish with a dollop of kelapo ghee so the fish doesn’t end up drying out.
