Greek Yogurt Ambrosia

There is something about yogurt and fruit that is just so tasty. I think it has to do with the creamy texture of the yogurt mixing together with the sweet fruit that brings out a delicious combination. When I make this dish, I chose to use Greek yogurt because it contains probiotic cultures and has twice the protein found in regular yogurts. Banana Oatmeal Cups with Chocolate Chips

Recently I went on a road trip from Tampa, FL to Nashville, TN. For those of you who don’t want to do the math that is a 10 hour drive there and back.
