Roast Beef with Yorkshire Pudding

Lately I’ve been wanting to cook. Mainly because we just moved into our apartment and I haven’t been able to in several months. So tonight, Dave’s getting a special St. Patrick’s Day inspired dish of Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding. I completely replaced all the olive oil with coconut oil to give the dish great flavor. Lasagna with Garlic Bread and Green Beans

My family has never really done the whole Christmas ham thing, but I see it in movies all the time. There is something so classic and wholesome about serving holiday ham.
