Eating Your Colors – Orange Glazed Vegetables

Now that we are into the New Year, I’ve made it my goal to stick to a clean diet filled with lean proteins, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates, while increasing my vegetable intake. The Easiest Mashed Sweet Potatoes

Ok, so I know it isn’t exactly sweet potato season, but I can’t get enough of them and am constantly looking for new ways to cook them.  These were the easiest and most delicious mashed sweet potatoes I have had, not to mention they are healthy too!
