Top Chef Just Desserts: Pure Imagination!

First, let me just say that Willy Wonka is one of my favorite movies of all time! (The original, not the creepy Johnny Depp version). I was so excited when I learned the cheftestants would be recreating the chocolate factory. Not only that, but the stars of the film were there too! Quick Blueberry Popsicles

Today is National Blueberry Popsicle Day!  Everyone knows that I always have blueberries on hand, so I made dairy-free blueberry popsicles last night.  They were super easy to make.  I quickly put them together while I was making dinner, which turned out to be a complete fail, but that story is for another day! Old English Trifle

Happy 4th of July! We’re celebrating by taking an Old English Trifle recipe and turning it into an American favorite with layers of red, white, and blue.  If you’ve never had a trifle before it’s sugar heaven!  Trifles are layer upon layer of cake, fruits, cremes, and gooey goodness.
