Turkey Meatballs with Dipping Sauce

In my house, we always have snacks ready for munching and drinks ready for enjoying. With a consistent string of friends that visit often, I try to switch it up from the tried and true chips & dip.

One day I was craving meat and knew I didn’t want to prepare a full dinner for my guests, so out came homemade turkey meatballs with dipping sauces. These turkey meatballs are super healthy, very delicious and a sure crowd-pleaser!






Turkey Meatballs
1lb ground turkey meat
1 small yellow onion, diced
4oz baby bella mushrooms, diced
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cracked pepper
1 tsp oregano

In a medium bowl, combine diced onions, mushrooms & seasoning with the ground turkey meat.

Spray saute pan with Kelapo Ghee Spray and heat to medium. Roll turkey mix into mini meatballs while the pan is heating. Cook meatballs for about , rolling the meatballs frequently to ensure even browning.

Dipping Sauces
Fill one ramekin with coconut aminos.
Fill one ramekin with avocado mayo & mix in a few drops of sriracha or thai chili paste.
