Microwave Timing Tips
When I first discovered coconut oil, my main infatuation was its ability to have two different states: solid and liquid. Coconut oil turns from a solid to a liquid at 76 degrees Fahrenheit. If you like to keep yours in the fridge, it will be a complete solid. However, if left out on the counter, your coconut oil will have a softer consistency.
