Squats
1 Minute High Knees
15 Pilates Kneeling Rear Leg Raises (on each side)
15 Pilates Side Planks with Leg Raise (on each side)
15 Squats
15 Pilates Teasers
15 Lunges with Rear Leg Raise (on each side)
30 Alternating Sliders
30 Hips Lifts
*Repeat this work out three times and do it three times a week for the best results!
Remember to not get frustrated if you do not see immediate results.
