Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Burger

Ok, even here in Florida it’s not really grilling weather yet. But that doesn’t mean you have to skip the burgers for tomorrow’s game. This recipe for a low-carb bite-sized burgers are perfectly paired with yesterday’s Gluten Free Avocado Fries. It’s like a WAY healthier version of one my favorite guilty pleasures. After watching my beloved Louisville Cardinals stomp the Ohio Bobcats last Sunday 49-7, I am officially excited football season. Today is the kickoff of the regular NFL season.
