Low Carb Zucchini Enchiladas

I’ve tried so many low carb substitutes that usually disappoint. However, this dish blew me out of the water, I will never go back to the traditional enchiladas. You’ll finish the meal feeling full and satisfied. Chinese food as always been a guilty pleasure of mine, but getting take-out or going to a restaurant each time I get a craving is getting pretty expensive for me! Healthy Turkey Chili
