Dairy-Free Hollandaise Sauce

Asparagus is one vegetable that I had to learn to love. I wasn’t too fond of the distinct taste on my first try; however I didn’t lose all hope from there. My trainer has me eating bunches of asparagus with my daily meals in order to get a good source of fiber, folate, and vitamins A, C, E, and K. Quick Shrimp Alfredo

I’m not a huge fan of shrimp, it’s one of those foods that I have to be in the mood for if that makes any sense? My husband calls me crazy for it but sometimes I’m just not a huge seafood fanatic, however he loves it!
