January is National Soup Month! So I decided to try out this recipe for chicken tortilla soup. It is pretty inexpensive to make and it is not a thick, creamy soup that will leave you feeling full for hours. It definitely cured my craving for hot soup on a cold, winters night. In the February 2012 issue of Bon Appetit Magazine, Andre 3000 shares his favorite recipe for kale. Andre 3000 is “one half of OutKast.” He grew up in the south eating “collards, mustard and turnip greens” his whole life.
