Low Carb Buffalo Chicken Burger

Ok, even here in Florida it’s not really grilling weather yet. But that doesn’t mean you have to skip the burgers for tomorrow’s game. This recipe for a low-carb bite-sized burgers are perfectly paired with yesterday’s Gluten Free Avocado Fries. It’s like a WAY healthier version of one my favorite guilty pleasures. Since I’m basically a football widow this time of year, I’m usually doing my own thing on Sundays while the Hubs gets his fill of man-tackle-ing, Fantasy Football points, and funny beer commercials.  I generally try to stay far away from the TV room, unless A.)
