 Happy World Vegetarian Day! As I have recently stated, I have changed my diet to vegetarian for personal reasons and I feel great. I do find it sometimes difficult to make vegetarian meals for the whole family because my husband hasn’t joined me in the diet change. As a child I remember eating grilled cheese sandwiches with a tall glass of ice cold milk, sometimes literally. I liked my milk so cold that I would add ice cubes to make the milk extra cold.
