
Tomato Basil Soup along with a side of grilled cheese or fresh bread is one of my favorite fall day meals! It’s so easy to make and you can easily store in the freezer for another cold fall day. Summer Grilled Veggies
Occasionally I like to do vegan dishes to maintain a healthy diet. All the different colors and flavors make my heart (and my stomach) happy and full. Since this is a vegan dish, I use Kelapo ghee instead of butter which has dairy. Plus, it makes the veggies crisp and tasty!
